Autoimmune Resolution Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions (“terms”, “terms and conditions”) carefully before using website (the “service”) operated by Katherine Housh (“us”, ‘we”, “our”).

Conditions of Use

We will provide their services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you visit this website, use its services or make a purchase, you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.

Privacy Policy

Before you continue using our website we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.

Content published on any platforms hosted by the Collective (digital downloads, images, texts, graphics, logos, etc.) is the property of the Collective and/or its content creators and protected by international copyright laws.

The entire compilation of the content found on its platforms (website, Mighty Networks, Zoom, Instagram, etc.) is the exclusive property of the Collective, with copyright authorship for this compilation by the Collective, including but not limited to audio, video, media, and oral/written pieces.

No content may be used, copied, distributed, published, reproduced, transcribed, altered, sold, re-sold, or re-packaged in any way. All content produced by the Collective is for personal use only by the individual who registered for the mentorship, community, or program. (It may not be used professionally.)

The Member’s own recording of any of our material as well as any use or replication of our recorded content is strictly prohibited. All content produced by any other practitioner/provider of the community including is also subject to full copyright ownership of that provider.

If the Member wishes to enable friends, family, or acquaintances to join the Collective’s events and group sessions, they may direct them to the registration link so they can sign up for their own account. The Member may not share their Zoom or other event links with someone else. If this contract is breached, they will lose access to their membership.

Office Hours

The Collective customer service team is generally available to provide Services Monday – Friday 6am – 6pm PST, excluding national holidays. We work virtually and internationally, so our session hours reflect beyond these “in-office” hours. Our office line is not open-ended. Phone calls are by appointment only.

The Collective does not offer refunds of any kind for purchased digital or  physical products or packages. If the Member cancels any remaining private session(s), they may be issued a credit for future session(s). (This is at the discretion of the Collective’s business office and is not guaranteed.)

If the Member fails to show for their session or fails to provide 24 hours notice, they will forfeit their session. That session is considered used and/or subtracted from their package.

A private session may not be rescheduled more than once. If a Member requests to reschedule a second time, no matter how much notice is provided, they may be required to forfeit the session. This is at the discretion of the Coach. Any unused coaching sessions expire within a maximum of six months after initial payment (or less as outlined on the package invoice and receipt).

The entire communication with us is electronic. Every time you send us an email or visit our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us. If you subscribe to the news on our website, you are going to receive regular emails from us.

We will continue to communicate with you by posting news and notices on our website and by sending you emails. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

We are a private, virtual coaching and health and wellness practice. Our niche coaching services are accessible by phone appointment only. We do not offer one-on-one support through email, text, or direct messaging at this time.

Even when our membership platform includes access to a messaging area, this access point is not to be mistaken as an invitation to participate. To be clear, the messaging area of the portal is not to be misused as a substitution for consultation sessions, to “pick your brains,” or to submit curious inquiries or follow up questions.

We LOVE empowering clients with education and guidance, however, we ask that everyone please respect the client/practitioner boundaries that we are providing. We do not support acts of unwarranted entitlement here.

Clients are encouraged to book a follow-up phone session for more pressing, time-sensitive matters. You may save questions in a google doc or start keeping a journal so that you don’t forget the topics you wish to discuss.

If you have an actual EMERGENCY, please read our rates/guidelines on Emergency services below.

Appointments and Sessions

The Collective’s group coaching sessions are hosted on Zoom and a link will be provided before the scheduled event time.

For private sessions, the Coach will call the Member. These are held via phone or Zoom as mutually agreed upon between the Member and the Coach before the appointment time.

If the Member doesn’t receive a call from their Coach at the appointment time, they should wait 5 minutes and then send a message via email to

Mutual respect for the Member, the Coach, and the Collective’s valuable time is expected. This means that Members have 10 minutes to call back for their intended appointment with the remainder of time to be used for their session. Members that do not call back within 10 minutes to honor their appointment, will be considered a “no show” and the appointment will be forfeited.

In the event of an Emergency, please call your primary care practitioner or 911.

If you have a crisis, but not an actual emergency, you may schedule a phone consultation.

CANCELLATIONS. The Member reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any private session at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without penalty (up to one reschedule per appointment). Any session rescheduled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time may be forfeited. Rescheduling is at the discretion of the Coach and the Collective depending on circumstances.

We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you cancel your session within a reasonable time, you will be issued a credit for a future session.

If the client fails to turn up, or provide 24 hours notice, you will forfeit your session. That session is considered used and/or subtracted from your package or booked time. Clients will have to re-purchase another consult, or use any leftover time included in their package.

We understand life happens, however frequent rescheduling is not respectful of our valuable time. If a client reschedules the same appointment two or more times, no matter how much notice is provided, the entire paid appointment is forfeited and lost time.

Any unused coaching or consulting time, sessions and/or follow ups expire within a specific amount of time after initial payment. Please see our refund policy for additional questions.
